Course Description
This 7 weeks program is designed around the six knowledge areas identified by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The course will contribute to success as a Business Analyst and prepare individuals for the IIBA’s Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) certification examination.

Audience: This course is for participants who are interest in the business community aligned with IT projects in particular

Prerequisite: No experience is required for our courses; however we should note that substantial experience is required to sit for the IIBA certification exam.

This program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Objectives
	Business Analysis Fundamentals includes knowledge areas identified by the International Institute of Business Analysis
	Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
	Learn various techniques for eliciting requirements from the project stakeholders along with methods for testing the requirements for completeness and correctness
	Requirements Management and Communication
	Enterprise Analysis including understanding of the importance of the efforts necessary to define a business need
	Gain the knowledge about the tools needed to diagram and model requirements, as well as learn how to prioritize and organize them to meet the project and stakeholder needs.
	Solution Assessment and Validation

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:00am - 4:30pm
